2nd Polish Corps veteran HENRY JAWORSKI who fought and served under General Wladyslaw Anders at the Battle of Monte Cassino in 1944 receives the Monte Cassino Medal of Honor bestowed by Princess Diana Lenska and the Royal Order Kingdom of Poland.
State and government officials attended the ceremony which was followed by a display of artifacts and uniforms from the Battle of Monte Cassino at City Hall..
Princess Diana Lenska also delivered a speech and resolution that was presented to Washington and the President of the United States.
